Funky Plus Ltd
Effective Date: October 2026
At Funky Plus Ltd, we recognize our responsibility to operate ethically, safeguard the environment, and support the well-being of our workforce and wider community.
Given the resource-intensive nature of printing and physical media advertising, Funky Plus Ltd prioritizes reducing environmental impact through continuous operational improvement:
Sustainable Sourcing: We prioritize paper and timber-based products certified by recognized standard-setting bodies (such as FSC® or PEFC™) to ensure materials originate from responsibly managed forests.
Eco-Friendly Printing Technologies: We actively adopt low-VOC (volatile organic compound), vegetable-based, or water-based inks and non-toxic cleaning solvents to protect both air quality and local ecosystems.
Waste Reduction & Circularity: We minimize print setup waste, recycle scrap paper, aluminum plates, and plastics, and ensure safe, compliant disposal of chemical and ink residues.
Energy & Resource Efficiency: We monitor and aim to reduce energy consumption across our facility by using energy-efficient production equipment, LED lighting, and maintaining optimized heating/cooling schedules.
We believe in treating every individual with dignity, fairness, and legal respect.
Fair Wages & Working Hours: All employees receive clear employment agreements, wages that meet or exceed local legal minimum standards, fair working hours, and entitlement to statutory leave.
Prohibition of Exploitative Labor: Funky Plus Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy for forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, or modern slavery across our operations and supply chains.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): We provide equal employment opportunities regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or background. Recruitment, promotions, and pay decisions are strictly merit-based.
Anti-Harassment & Workplace Respect: We prohibit any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Employees are encouraged to report concerns without fear of retaliation or adverse consequences.
Protecting the physical health and safety of our press staff, installation teams, and office personnel is non-negotiable:
Hazard Prevention: We maintain machine safeguards, clear ventilation systems near print equipment, and protocols for chemical handling and heavy lifting.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Appropriate PPE (e.g., ear protection, eye protection, respirator masks, gloves) is provided to staff at no cost for high-noise or chemical-exposure tasks.
Training & Auditing: Regular health and safety training is conducted for operative staff, alongside regular machinery maintenance and facility safety audits.
Supplier Expectations: We prefer and work primarily with vendors, paper mills, and material suppliers who share our commitment to human rights, eco-certified raw materials, and fair labor standards.
Business Integrity: We uphold strict standards against bribery, corruption, fraud, and unfair competitive practices.
Continuous Review: Management periodically reviews this policy to ensure alignment with statutory legal regulations, evolving environmental standards, and industry best practices.
